Video: HTC Evo 4G Rooted Before It’s Even Released To The Public

While most Google I/O attendees are playing with their free Evo 4G night and day, some dudes (a trio of hackers actually), fueled by probably pizza, FroYo (you know, frozen yogurt), and some beer have rooted the Evo 4G to its knees. Nexus One rooted before it’s even announced?

Nexus One and Google have been: Pwned.

We don’t know if it’s true, but the Nexus one seems to have been rooted by some guys at the Modaco forums according to admin Paul. It’s hard to believe, but the picture on the right which came from a forum member seems to be all the confirmation needed. Instructions for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X users is at the second source link. Now how about you hackers hack the Nexus One to have multitouch? Deal?
