The Sprint Hero itself:

You have Android 1.5, and even though it’s old, it gets the job done. Now to clarify the latter sentence. It gets the job done, it doesn’t blow it out the window. Explanation: Google Maps works great, Sprint 3G is great, the multitouch feature is perfect for those missing the iPhone’s pinch and zoom feature. Even Android 1.5 is great with the Sense UI installed, but the only problem is….

Last year, the Macbook Unibody was announced, this year it has been removed to the Macbook Pro Line. It uses the same unibody enclosure, but when I held it, it felt much more solid than the previous version. An SD card slot has been added and Firewire 800 is back ( who uses Firewire??)  The screen quality is much better, but the pictures don’t show it, dumb iPhone 3G camera! Thankfully the new iPhone will have a 3.0 megapixel camera.

Back to the laptop, it’s very fast, with a boot time of less than a minute. Keyboard feels softer than previous generation. Overall everything else except the processor, screen, and price remains the same.
