Starting at the comfortable $199 on 2-year agreement, the Bold 9650 is not as hot and fast as the Bold 9700, but the 9650 does add an optical trackpad, which could be a major selling point. But actually, those who know their tech won’t spring for anything running the outdated Blackberry OS 5.0, and instead will be waiting for the unreleased Blackberry 6. And then of course, there’s a smartphone called EVO 4G Is Awesome…..

The HTC Legend Hero look-alike is straight out of the leaked roadmap from not too long ago, has some pretty decent specs. It uses a Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, with the CPU clocking in at 600MHz; internal memory is 512MB with 256MB RAM; 1500 mAh battery; 3.2-inch HVGA AMOLED capacitive touchscreen; 5.0-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash; microSD slot; Bluetooth 2.1; GPS; G-sensor; digital compass; 3.5mm headphone port; and last but not least an optical trackpad along with a miniUSB port. Now one more thing I’d like to know HTC — will it still have that LaptopMemo green chin when it comes out in March 2010?
