Oh, what do we have here? A new ultraportable by Dell, no doubt. Posted on its Facebook page, you can “like” the post and get to see the final product once there’s an announcement or it starts shipping. Some shots of the ultraportable are seen after the break.
[Thanks, Amanda!]

The Dell Streak, with a release of “late July”, as according to the teaser page, is on that type of emailing list where you are informed of it coming out, then you’ll receive free 2nd business day shipping, along with with “an exclusive coupon code for a 99¢ Plantronics Bluetooth Headset.” Interestingly, the cool deal doesn’t sound bad, and the second Dell source link leads you to the new product page, full of awesome press photos and features on the Dell Streak.

Previously, the only Dell Streak or Mini 5 (whatever you want to call it) was the only Android tablet Dell had in the works coming to AT&T, possibly with an off-contract model as well, this summer. But look, now the Mini 5 has siblings! Just as Dell stated not too long ago, there would be a family of Dell Streak tablets running Android. The Dell Streak 7-inch is well, a 7-inch version of the 5-incher, and the 10-inch is just well even, bigger. There’s not much else known about these slates, but we do know the release dates. Expect the Streak 7 to come out at the end of this year, and the 10-incher early 2011. It is agonizing and frankly weird that the direct iPad competitor in the Dell line will come out in 6+ months from now, but it looks like that’s what Dell has in mind. Oh well.
A great thing to know indeed. While we are patiently waiting for the Dell Mini 5 to launch (even though we don’t know when) Dell’s very own Neeraj Choubey, GM of Dell’s tablet division, served up the scoop to Wired and said that there will be “a family of tablets” which will “scale up to a variety of sizes.” (They probably would all run Android) He also reveals that there will be “inexpensive data plans” with the new slates, much like what Apple plans for the iPad. Although I do think a lot of carriers are going to get a grudge when they have to provide “cheap” data plans to a large range of users. The buck doesn’t stop there though; the exec had a separate interview at Laptop, and said AT&T would be providing that coverage to Dell Mini 5 users. Who knew? Now Choubey, wanna give us that release date?
