Philippe Starck Designs Spray That Gets You Instantly Drunk For Seconds
This is a truly stellar idea, which stems from one of the world’s best minds — Philippe Starck. While he did not invent the WA|HH Quantum Sensation spray, he did design the canister that delivers the 0.075 milliliters of alcohol that gets you instantaneously drunk. However, its French American scientist creator, David Edwards, says that after those few seconds, you will not be hungover, and interestingly, be able to pass any driving test. The price of this fantastic invention? Only 26 dollars. Nevertheless, I like the mere fact that the creative Mr. Starck can always do something rather unusual in its application.

As you are now aware, BlackBerry 7 will be the OS of choice for RIM in the future for its low-end smartphones and devices, however the new and shiny BlackBerry 10 will house the top-of-the-line devices released by RIM. Unfortunately, users of current BlackBerry 7 devices will be unable to get an official upgrade to BlackBerry 10, thus RIM is leaving another generation of its users in the dark, unless they buy a new BlackBerry. It’s shameful, really. RIM still hasn’t thought things through. Via:
Let’s just start off: this makes Skyrim look rather darker, due to the promo image above, showing the Dragonborn with glowing, rather not-so-friendly eyes. However, it’s also a little crappy; according to Bethesda, it’s, “Coming this summer to Xbox 360. More details at E3.” The hell happened to PC, the most-loved platform of Skyrim? We shall see. Via:
This is the very opposite of RIM and BlackBerry we are used to seeing: a 4.2-inch, 1280 x 768 display that bests the 720p panels found on other similarly-sized smartphone, 16GB of internal storage and a meaty 1GB of RAM. While this is not the final hardware version that will sport the just announced BlackBerry 10 platform, it is a promising start.
As the days go by, it seems that Alienware’s decision to stop making new versions of the popular M11x is more of a bad decision than before. Today, Origin, a company that sprouted from Alienware’s defected employees, announced their re-branded version of the Clevo 11-inch laptop that many companies are going to use for the basis of their 11.6-inch gaming laptops. This particular version with Origin’s badge on it includes the new Intel Ivy Bridge processors, a 2GB NVIDIA GT 650M GPU for some great gaming, Optimus graphics-switching technology and a battery rated for 6.5 hours of runtime. The laptop starts at $999 (compared with $1,099 for Maingear), except you’d better go to Origin’s site to find out what kind of specs you get for such a low price. At least it looks good and is pretty light.
This is a real blow to Android, which Steve Wozniak (an Apple co-founder) was very much a fan of, and owned plenty of Android devices. It is taken into account that Steve probably has a Nokia Lumia 900, which he stated he was eager to acquire. Moving on towards his praise, he says that Windows Phone 7 is like you’re ”with a friend not a tool.” He goes on to say using Android is more of a chore, and there is “no contest” between Google’sOS and Windows Phone. And he’s not done yet; he bashes iOS: it is “more awkward” in its interactions than the Lumia phone containing Windows Phone 7. His only problem? Lack of more (and better) third-party apps for Microsoft’s mobile platform.
