What is LaptopMemo?
A technology journal. The best of what’s going on in the world of technology and science, from around the world, in-person or seen through the net — without the useless junk that’s always emailed to me.
Of course, there’s also opinion, whether it’s ranting, shouting, or juxtaposition — but it all makes sense in the end.
How old were you when you created LaptopMemo, and how old are you now?
LaptopMemo was created on May 19th, 2009. I was 12-years-old, and I’m 18 now.
And the name?
Technology is moving away from laptops, but since I’ll always be typing from a laptop, that’s the rhetoric behind the name.
Also, I give full credit to my mom; we had come up with another name, but felt that it wouldn’t fit as well as LaptopMemo could, so LM was born created.
