Let’s keep this as short and as simple as Google’s invitation to the press reportedly was: There’s an Android media event happening on October 29th in New York, at 10AM EST. All the invitation says is ‘the playground is open’. And the image its based off of is Google Now. Also, the event will be livestreamed via Android’s YouTube account.
So obviously, this is something Google plans to announce (using the latest tech, like a Nexus device?) that is really worth calling out the tech elite and press to New York, to be on a playground.
