This just developing, Google has kicked off their Kansas City fiber optic service endeavor into another gear, by not only adding Google Fiber in its entirety, but also adding Google Fiber TV, which is a true TV service with channels and content mixed with Netflix, with its capacity up to 500 hours of shows that can be downloaded in full HD, at a rate of eight simultaneously. To flex the service’s muscles even more, multiple TVs in the same home can be linked to the service, as well as development to watch content straight from the tablet apps, like for the Nexus 7 and the iPad, the Nexus 7 of which will be included for free as part of the package (and as your remote), should users in Kansas City participate in Google’s latest public experiment. Plans range from both Netlfix content with TV channels for $120 a month, or $70 a month without the fiber optic channels. also, some households may require a $300 construction fee, to physically wire the home for usage.
The age of old TV is over.
