BlackBerry Bold 9780 Nearly-Final Unit Gets Handled

Jon Rettinger from TechnoBuffalo is at it again with a BlackBerry Bold 9780 prototype that is close to final release. packing a 624 MHz processor, BlackBerry OS 6, 513 MB of RAM, 2.44″ HVGA+ display (480 X 360) 5 MP camera w/ auto-focus and LED flash, Bluetooth 2.1, the new Webkit browser, and AT&T 3G bands. Honestly, we wouldn’t mind toting the 9780 as a sort of backup smartphone, behind a DROID 2 or iPhone 4.
