T-Mobile’s HTC G2 Has A Confirmed 800MHz Scorpion CPU & Android 2.2

Today T-Mobile’s own website confirmed that the T-Mobile G2 has an 800MHz Scorpion processor, and not the 1GHz Snapdragon previously thought of. It will run Android 2.2 and have full access to Flash 10.1. With HSPA+ access which is nearly as fast as 4G WiMAX, T-Mobile is calling it “fastest smartphone experience in America”.

Do any of you think trhat is so now that it only has an 800Mhz brain with Froyo?
