How amusing! The Samsung Galaxy S as we know it was always headed to T-Mobile, but AT&T stole the fire and has delivered the Galaxy S (known to them as the Captivate) early. As usual the specs: 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1Ghz Hummingbird processor, Android 2.1 with Touchwiz 3.0 UI, 7.2Mbps HSPA 3G speeds, 3.5mm headset jack, 5 megapixel camera with 720p recording, 16GB onboard storage combined with external expansion through microSD up to 32GB, 802.11n WiFi, Swype keyboard, and finally a release date of — “in the coming months”.
Darn you AT&T; just when you get everyone excited. Also the press is as of yet, unknown and undisclosed.
