Hell Indeed Freezes Over: Google’s First Superbowl Ad

By Stefan Etienne Filed under: Google, News   at: 9:53 pm   Leave a Comment

When Google CEO Eric Schmidt tweeted “Hell Freezes Over”, we expected something. Hell has indeed freezed over as Google’s first Superbowl ad was aired just minutes ago to over 90 million Americans (accompanied by beer, food, and whatnot).

The ad is titled Parisian Love, which is basically a love story, and pushes Google’s search engine technologies to the limit. It starts at “study abroad paris france”, then moves to “impress a french girl” and eventually goes all the way to “how to assemble a crib”; the ad shows how much Google can fit perfectly into people’s lives. I’ve embedded the video after the break.
