This is the most “almost official” use of a name we’ve heard yet for the Nexus One. While yesterday we saw a wireframe of the Nexus One Bluetooth dock, today we’re finding that the car dock is being put through its paces at the FCC, and is listed with the trade name of “Google Phone”. What makes this find even more plausible is that the form was made by HTC employees, and the “Google Phone” is the called the “Nexus One” in other parts of the document. And since this is the goverment, the employees who filled out the form must be referring to the product we want released — the Nexus One, with the trade name “Google Phone”.
