Sony has always made crazy thin laptops, until the Macbook Air came along, Sony was the slimmest guy around. Now they are again. The Sony X Series is an 11.2 inch carbon fibre ultraportable that’s 0 .55 inches thin, thinner than the 0.65 Dell Adamo and even thinner than the 0-.76 inch Macbook Air. The weight is 1.5 pounds, half of the Macbook Air. And Sony says it will have great battery life. But remember, this laptop might so expensive that it could by Sony itself.

Oh yeah, it has an Atom processor according to Engadget. Sony you just killed it, you killed one of the coolest looking laptops of all time. But you can still call the Macbook Air the “Macbook Fat”.
